-
Is Massage Therapy painful?Massage therapy does not need to be painful to be effective. This is not a "no pain no gain " situation. If the pressure is ever too much please let me know and I will ease off!
-

Do you do deep tissue? In my opinion deep tissue is simply a marketing term. There is no extra training, or techniques to use the words deep tissue. Massage Therapists are not taught or provided outside courses to learn "deep tissue" it's used to up sell clients and can be detrimental. I provide firm pressure, but will not steam roll you or cause you undue pain. I work with your muscles and soft tissues to address your needs. It's my goal that you leave in less pain than you came in.
-
How do I book an appointment? You can book online with the button at the top of this screen. You can also call, or email. I'm sorry I do not offer appointments via text or social media DM
